It is called an opinion,

I do not care if you choose any surgery it has nothing to do with me. I am voicing my thought on why I would not get it when someone asks me. I showed two photos of some that where posted without faces. There is nothing wrong with me voicing my thoughts.

I do not make fun of ANYONE that is not how I operate.
