Buck! I need some gym advice. What do you do when you've got a cold? I've been sick for the past week—nothing serious, sore throat/fatigue/sinus issues—so I've skipped the gym, and my body really feels it. I know it's going to be twice as hard to go back (today). Do you push through and go to the gym anyway when sick? (Will that prolong my cold, exertion instead of rest?) Stretch at home? What's the best way to ease back into a workout? Advice? Thank you!

Hey Buddy!

First good for you for getting in shape. It’s not easy to start and I have seen your dedication.

If you are sick you need to rest! If you workout you will not get better. Trust me the time off is actually great for your body. When you go back to the gym you will be stronger.

Eat good food, drink lots of tea and REST!

Hope this helps.

WOOF!
