Sexing the Transman XXX consists of 5 scenes, all featuring trans guys, four of which have the formula of an interview, followed by a solo masturbation scene with the last being a hardcore sex scene (featuring Uncle Buck himself).

It’s simple but genius. The menus are basic. The filming and editing is mostly one shot (all done by Buck himself). To answer your question is kind of tough but I will try. It is a different process for everyone. For me it took years to finally feel “comfortable” I always had orgasms before but that was just clitoral and never vaginal.
